In accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services (LSSI-CE), the owner of this website is:

livelola.music is the website of the duo LiveLola (Anita and Domi), offering live music for weddings, private parties and events. It is not an online shop: no payments are made and no bookings are closed here. The texts, logo, photos and videos belong to their authors and may not be reused without permission. We are not responsible for the content of linked external websites (YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp).

What data we process. This website stores none of your data on any server. The contact form sends nothing: it prepares a message on your device and opens WhatsApp so that you decide whether to send it. We only receive what you write to us on WhatsApp or by email (name, phone or email, date and place of the event and anything else you tell us).

Purpose and legal basis. To answer you and send a quote at your request (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, if you book us, to organise the performance. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with anyone, unless required by law.

How long. For as long as the conversation lasts and, if you book us, for the period required by tax law.

Third-party services. WhatsApp (Meta) processes messages under its own policy. The hola@livelola.music mailbox is run by Zoho Mail (EU data centre). The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as your IP address to serve and protect it; we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate and without cookies. Transfers to the US are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights. You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@livelola.music. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies.

This website sets no first-party or analytics cookies, which is why there is no banner. Videos load from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com) only when you press play; from then on YouTube may use its own cookies under Google's policy.

This website is governed by Spanish law.
